Founded by Sharon Swift in 1985, we are Coronado's only family owned and operated Escrow company.  We service Coronado, Imperial Beach, South Bay all San Diego communities.  We can also provide service to Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles counties.  We offer knowledgeable, friendly service, competitive pricing, and an on-site Notary Public.

Swift Escrow Company is licensed with the State of California.  State law holds licensed escrow companies to a higher standard than it holds other non-licensed escrow offices currently working in the industry.  Licensed escrow offices do only one thing - escrow.  As escrow specialists, they are experts who will not be distracted by other business - as banks, title companies or other real estate professional can be.

Swift Escrow Company is also a member of the Escrow Institute of California, a statewide association of licensed escrow companies organized to monitor its members, to police the industry and set high standards of service for escrow clients.
