Sharon Swift - President

Sharon Swift moved to Coronado in 1978 with her husband, Stan, and two children, Bill and Ann. Her first job was at Lee Mather Company, where she learned the complexities of escrow from founder, Lee Mather. In 1980 Sharon established the escrow department at the Bank of Coronado, where she worked until 1985.

In August, 1985, with much help from her husband, Stan, she opened Swift Escrow Company. Sharon loves escrow work and enjoys working with and helping people. Sharon is a Notary Public.

Bill Swift - Escrow Officer

Bill Swift is a 1979 graduate of Coronado High School and currently resides in Chula Vista with his two dogs, Daisy and Chopper. Bill joined Swift Escrow Company in June 1998 and enjoys working in escrow and with the people in related industries. Bill is a Notary Public as well.

Teresa McNally - Escrow Officer

Teresa grew up in Coronado, graduating from Coronado High School in 1984. She acquired her real estate license in 1986 and worked for Century 21 in the South Bay for 11 years, managing files, advertising, managing properties and disbursing commissions for an office of 25 agents.

Teresa started with Swift Escrow Company in March 1998. She is passionate about escrow and works with many real estate agents, mortgage brokers and for sale by owners around San Diego and Riverside Counties. She is also a Notary Public and is always willing to help, so please do not hesitate to call.

Teresa is married as of April 2004 to husband Chuck Seymour, who also graduated from Coronado H.S. in 1983. It's a small world!
